Together we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team in completing outstanding projects across Adelaide. The Role
With a portfolio of many challenging projects, you will work across various sectors including commercial and residential high-rise, industrial, sporting, health, government, retail, education and tourism.
Roles and responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to:
- Oversee the overall delivery of key Tier 1/2 projects
- Development of project plans and timelines, including dictating project objectives and deliverables
- Management and mentoring of project teams and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure that the project is completed on schedule
- Management of project budgets and financials, including risk management, tracking project costs and managing project finances
- Ensuring projects are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and involvement in the development / implementation of risk management plans

You will have experience completing projects from start to finish, your previous experience across commercial projects from $10M-$50M will ensure that you can hit the ground running and lead exciting projects. Your time management and ability to cope with high-pressure situations will ensure your successful delivery of projects on schedule. With great leadership, judgement and problem-solving ability you will be able to assist where needed and will be able to solve any issues that may arise in the delivery process.
