We are seeking experienced Senior Project Manager's to join our Transformation Office and support a wide range of initiatives as they are prepared for delivery into our business. This position will focus on transformation & cultural change within our people and performance division.

What's required day to day?
- Responsibility for planning and overseeing projects from initial ideation to completion
- Leads project planning sessions and coordinates internal resources to deliver on objectives
- Handle projects' progress mapping and be agile with shifting priorities as required
- Ensure timelines are adhered to meet project and business requirements
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders is an essential part of this role
- Coordinate the production and maintenance of all project documentation

- Extensive experience in transformation project management and a strong track record of successful project delivery whilst meeting deadlines.
- An advanced level of knowledge of project management and all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
- Experience in working with remediation projects in a highly regulated environment is advantageous
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or an industry recognised certification is desirable
- Previous experience working on Human Resources / People & Performance projects is preferred but not essential
- Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and taking a collaborative approach to problem solving
