The Senior Project Manager will manage and lead a small team of Project Managers/officers, technical specialists, consultants and contractors to prepare land for release to the market. This will cover a range of tasks including project management; preparing consultant briefs; undertaking procurement and contract management; coordinating site investigation and planning processes; interpreting technical reports; balancing stakeholder requirements; and driving sustainable and innovative planning outcomes.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
- Project management/delivery experience and/or qualifications, applied knowledge of ACT Government procurement, and qualifications/experience in Urban Planning or related fields are highly desirable.
