The Requirement
A Senior Project Manager is required to deliver large industrial based projects. To be the successful in this role you will have the following skill and experience:
- Tertiary Qualification
- Able to run industrial building projects in excess of $40m
- Programming and cost management
- Design Management
- Sub contractor management
- Procurement and contracts management
- Tender and pre construction experience
- Strong client skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial astute
- Team player
