The client
Our client is a highly regarded industrial developer with a healthy pipeline of current and future development projects. An Australian developer that has been established for over 40 years, they have multiple revenue streams from developing their own projects as well as providing project management services to a variety of clients.
  
The role
Due to growth within their business, a position has been created for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an integral role in the business as you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple company and client projects in NSW. Key responsibilities will include:
  

• Define Project Scope, Determine Resources & Set Delivery Timeframes
• Ensure Client Satisfaction, & Maintain Effective Communication with Clients
• Manage & Lead a Team of Project Manager’s
• Create Clear & Concise Plans to Execute Projects & Monitor Progress
• Management of Project Financials including Budgets & Forecasting

  
Skills & experience
  
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager ideally in industrial. Our client will also consider candidates coming from a residential project management background. Other key requirements include:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction or Equivalent
• Experience Collaborating with Multiple People with Diverse Backgrounds
• Advanced Communication Skills with a Proactive Attitude
• Problem Solving, Organisational Planning Skills
• Ability to act Professionally & Build Trust, & Relationships.
