As a Senior Project Manager within the Group IT Team, you will apply your exceptional program and project management skills to deliver Blackmores’ strategic initiatives, goals and vision. With your strong interpersonal skills, you will drive collaboration, deliver engaging presentations and influence decisions to achieve clear direction and positive momentum on your projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Operational leadership and accountability of key Programs, and Projects within the Program, ensuring the overall planned outcomes are delivered
- Managing dependencies between projects within the program and across other projects with clear plans and schedules
- Managing Program level reporting and escalations to Head of IT PMO, Executive Sponsors and Steering Committee
- Providing input to the ongoing evolution of the IT Project Management Framework
- Identifying, and managing project risks, mitigations strategies, and tracking mitigation actions and owners
- Managing scope, schedule, cost and quality for assigned projects within approved project tolerances
Who are you?
- At least 8+ years project management experience within the IT space, having worked within a PMO environment
- Experience working with Executive level employees
- Exception 360 degree communications skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Deep understanding of Project Methodologies and have delivered projects within a defined framework.
- Highly articulate and excellent listening, verbal and written presentation skills
