About Victorian School Building Authority
The VSBA delivers on three key priorities:
1. To build and expand the schools and early childhood services Victoria needs for its rapidly growing population
2. To reform how we maintain and modernise school buildings and grounds
3. To engage local communities, giving them more say and keeping them better informed about new schools and major upgrades.
At the VSBA we are very good at what we do, and we're proud of the way we work together to deliver contemporary, safe, and sustainable learning environments that really work. We know that what we do enables students to do new and better things. Our work changes lives, and it takes passion and a multidisciplinary team of people to make it happen.
We're committed to attracting and retaining the best people. That means that when you work with us you can expect more than just a great culture: you'll also have access to the wide range of benefits available to public service employees, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities and generous leave entitlements.
All VSBA staff have a shared responsibility to meet the same service standards outlined in the VSBA Customer Service Charter. Our goal is to make every interaction with the VSBA a positive one for our customers, colleagues and key partners regardless of our individual role or team.
