What You Will Be DoingKey responsibilities including:
1. Project management/coordination - undertake a range of high-level project management/coordination duties in relation to the development of a contemporary and ambitious Research Strategy at Peninsula Health, including: working with stakeholders to scope and plan project documentation and deliverables, monitoring and reporting against, project plans, timeframes and other performance indicators, managing a schedule of project meetings.
2. Reporting - create reports arising from strategy consultations and other relevant sources to the Director of Research
3. Research and analysis - undertake research and comprehensive situational analysis, devise solutions and provide practical and expert advice to senior management to address complex project related issues.
What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:
- A degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in
technical/management or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of
relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience working with partners and stakeholders to achieve sustainable
outcomes of benefit to all Experience in working with a range of disciplines
involved in health research would be viewed favourably.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated capacity to develop and
oversee the execution of initiatives.
- Highly developed relationship management and consulting skills, including the
