About the role
Prison Health Services is supporting the commencement of an expanded correctional facility at Southern Queensland Correctional Centre to meet the primary health requirements for the centre.
A small project team has been established to support and facilitate the commencement of the health centre operations to West Moreton Health. This role will form part of this team and will be pivotal in ensuring project objectives are met successfully and within defined timelines.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- High-level skills, knowledge and experience in project and program management.
- High level experience in management of complex change including the establishment of new and changing services.
- Understanding and experience in developing and implementing new and innovative work practices and/or models of service delivery.
- Effective high level oral and written communication skills, problem solving/analytical abilities, and interpersonal skills including consultation, facilitation and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
