About your new role
The Senior Project Officer will collaborate extensively within the Department and with external stakeholders to establish a program management office. Their focus will be on delivering crucial project components, such as procurement and contract management approaches. Additionally, they will actively identify, monitor, and manage risks and issues.
What you will need to exceed
Demonstrate confidence in recommending project change decisions, showcasing the ability to significantly contribute to the overall success of the project.
Possess the capability to establish and manage governance arrangements, processes, project control boards, and working groups.
Showcase experience in effectively managing multiple projects, steering the transformation to align with organisational goals.
Demonstrate the ability to identify and map the project scope, ensuring the delivery of business needs.
Skillfully manage relationships with and between program or project stakeholders.
