About the role
Due to growth throughout the team, we have created the position of Senior Project Supervisor. The Senior Project Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of project delivery on Ventia's Sydney Roads and Asset Performance Contract. In support of the Operations Manager, the successful candidate would be monitoring project-related delivery, coordination, programming, resource allocation, planning and supervision tasks.

What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating on-site resources and subcontractors
- Coordination and management of project supervision
- Development of construction programs, driving productivity and program/milestone dates
- Ensuring work is done safely, with knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation
- Work alongside the team to understand and support the project budget
About You
- Hold a Cert IV in Civil Construction or similar
- Have a white card and driver's license
- Experience in a similar civil construction role
- Be available for occasional weekend work/night works
- Familiar with Transport NSW Specifications
