Responsibilities
- Generate daily rental arrears reports and manage late tenant invoice payments as needed.
- Address emails and in-person inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently handle and complete maintenance requests and reports using advanced Computer Software, specifically Maintenance Manager.
- Schedule, conduct, and follow up on routine inspections.
- Assist with routine inspections in the office.
- Manage databases, focusing on departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Input maintenance and owner invoices as required.
- Provide general administration support to the Property Management team and liaise with tenants and landlords as necessary.
Must have
- Relevant experience as a Senior Property Manager (portfolio- end to end- minimum 3 years Senior level) .
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A desire for personal and professional growth and seek out new challenges to further their career path
- Hold a current real estate certificate of registration and driver's license.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
