About this opportunity:
You will be a part of a high-performing team, managing Property Management functions and ensuring compliance.
No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.
Duties including:
- Management of up to 200 properties in a clean & tidy portfolio
- Relationship builder with the landlords & tenants
- Manage and oversee a team
- Full out of office & in office support (leasing, administration, routines, entries & exits)
- Prepare lease documents & lease sign-ups
- Manage repairs / maintenance
- Conflict resolution
- Parking onsite
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Super + Access to company car when required
- Highly supportive & positive culture
- Experience within Property Management
- Valid QLD certificate of registration
- Customer service focused
- QLD drivers licence & reliable vehicle
- Confident ability with portfolio management within Property Management
- Professional personal presentation
