What you will enjoy about this role:

• You will be acting as the client advocate, working with highly prestigious clients, looking after property/ISR claims
• Supporting the Manager and covering during holiday periods
• Providing an outstanding level of customer service and ensuring that you obtain the best outcome for your client
• Taking the claims from inception to settlement
• Collating all necessary information to lodge the claims and provide the client with their number
• Subsequently investigating circumstances and obtaining all information around the claim to satisfy the insurer
• Checking coverage on behalf of the client
• Maintaining ongoing contact during every step of the claims process

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in property/ISR claims, either within an insurer, broker, or underwriting agency
• Ideally some leadership experience
• A highly client-centric approach to your work
• Outstanding communication skills
• The ability to provide a highly professional service in a fast-paced environment
