The role
The Senior Multi Skilled Operator plays a pivotal role in supporting Field Services Coordinators by facilitating maintenance activities and supporting daily operations. This includes on-site supervision of planned works and conducting assessments of asset conditions.
The Senior Multi Skilled Operator will further support the Coordinators in achieving workgroup goals by providing, training, mentoring, guidance, and motivation to Multi Skilled Operators.
What you’ll bring
- A trade qualification in a relevant field or significant industry experience.
- Proven experience in operating and maintaining water and wastewater reticulation assets.
- An understanding of occupational health and safety legislation and its practical application within the water industry.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching.
- Experience in effectively managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
