Our Client
Well-regarded Boutique Law Firm who are known for their contribution to meeting the legal needs of clients in the City of Monash and greater Melbourne area. They are Accredited Specialists in Commercial Law, Property Law, Workplace Relations Law and Wills & Estates Law.
The opportunity
To work closely with the Property Partner on a range of property matters including high-level property development work, leasing and other complex property work. This role has come about due to growth within the team and the continuing workload is due to strong links with a number of established industrial property development clients around Melbourne. You will have autonomy over your matters whilst working within a friendly and approachable team.
Exceptional Legal Professional Required
You will have at least 5+ years PQE within the Property Law space and have experience within drafting documents and liaising with key stakeholders. If you are looking to have a progressive career in a hardworking, supportive and flexible boutique practice, then this is the best place for you!
