Seeking a down to earth, professional and experienced Senior Property Lawyer / Special Counsel of 10 years pae + for an exciting leadership role.

This is an opportunity to get on the path leading to the role of Head of the Property Law Team of this excellent firm.

This large Melbourne and regional full service law firm hosts a thriving Property Law team and now requires a senior Property Lawyer with experience across all facets of property law, including;

• Sales and Acquisitions
• Adverse possession
• Retirement Villages
• Duties
• GST and CGT withholding
• Land tax
• Owners Corporation
• Off the Plan
• Land development, including subdivisions, covenants and easements
• Experience with PEXA and SPEAR is essential
• Experience with Lexis Affinity and iManage is desirable.

This multi faceted role includes building and mentoring the team, continuing to build the client base and carving your niche in property law. This is a flexible role, designed to allow you to be an productive and happy as possible, working from the office and home and managing your time effectively.
