Senior Property Manager - $120K!

Currently seeking a Senior Property Manager, this is a team that work well together in servicing beautiful beach front homes and residential apartments. With work from home flexibilities, loads of support from a Head of Property Management, Leasing Team, Admin & accounts team and more, this role will suit someone that is looking to thrive in a busy environment and pass on their experience to internal juniors.
  
The Role:

• Monday – Friday
• Managing 180 properties – the portfolio is local
• Dedicated Property Officer for support – this person does the lettings & outgoings
• Landlords & tenant correspondence
• Repairs & maintenance
• Ingoing inspections
• Arrears control
• Using Property Me

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• The ability to work well in a team
• We are looking for someone who can train their junior
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to keep a busy agent organised & ontime
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills

• Paying up to $120K+ comms dependent on level of experience
• Senior Property Management roles are rare within this company!
