A long standing and well-respected real estate business located in the Epping area is looking for a savvy Senior Property Manager to join their team. This group embraces technology and loves processes and check lists so they can work smarter not harder. The group pride themselves on strong staff retention and a professional environment. Set in a beautifully appointed office with cloud-based technology, parking on site and free lunch daily this is an incredible opportunity for a Property Manager that wants a long term and stable role.

What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you manage 360 residential properties with an experienced Property Manager working under you.

• Manage Landlord and Tenant relationships
• Outgoing inspections and bond claims
• Insurance claims and managing any renovation works
• Arrears management
• Approval of application forms
• Ingoing and routine inspections
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the department
• NCAT preparation and attendance
• Leasing opens one Saturday per month

The right candidate will have:

• 4+ years experience managing a portfolio
• Flexibility to work 1 Saturday per month
• A current Certificate of registration or real estate licence
• A valid NSW drivers’ licence and a reliable car
• Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
• A process driven and organised approach to your work
• A confident communicator and relationship focused
• Experience with PropertyMe desirable
• A stable work history
