About the Client
Our client takes pride in providing exceptional property management services. With a focus on delivering a hassle-free experience for both property owners and tenants, they have a new portfolio of 170 properties that has resulted in an opening for a Senior Property Manager to join the team.
The Role
As a Senior Property Manager with our client, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of 170 properties, making your mark on every aspect of the property management process. There is an in-house admin person to assist you with lease renewal paperwork, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch service and maintaining excellent relationships with property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 170 properties.
• Oversee lease renewal paperwork with support from an in-house admin person.
• No leasing or trust accounting responsibilities.
• No business development duties.
• Maintain a Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm work schedule – no weekend work required.
• Enjoy the convenience of managing properties located within a 5-15 minute drive from the office, eliminating extensive travel.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• Valid QLD Real Estate License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid QLD Driver's License.
