The Company
Our client is one of the most successful, fast-growing, and electric-paced offices in the Eastern Suburbs. Operating out of a fantastic office situated in a prominent location, this is an expert leader that has a strong presence in the local market.
We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to develop and head up a streamline Property Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation and development of a well-established & growing portfolio of residential properties. This is a senior position reporting to the Head of Property Management.
About the Role
We are looking for a natural-born leader that is reliable and trustworthy! You will be energetic, have a positive attitude, with full knowledge of all aspects regarding property management.
Duties including:
Maintaining and building relationships with current and new clients through exceptional customer service
Conduct routine inspections, in-going and outgoing condition reports
Confidently advise and recommend improvements to maximise rental returns for investors
Manage and maintain arrears
Organise repairs and maintenance
Prepare and present at Tribunal autonomously
Work closely with a team of other property managers who are specialists in their portfolio location
Negotiate a successful outcome as required
Ownership of your role and responsibilities
Tenant Selection
Rent Reviews
Repairs and maintenance
Rent arrears management
Landlord and tenant liaison
Skills and experience
NSW Certificate of Registration
Strong legislation knowledge
Full knowledge of all aspects regarding property management
Be confident in implementing new systems and procedures
Solid, approachable staff management skills
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license and car
