Senior Property Manager

This role is working in an extremely well-run and resourced PM team - you will have access to a dedicated Junior Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, as well as support from an offshore team.

The Position

• In the role of Senior Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 160-170 properties - these clientele have been personally nurtured by a longstanding Senior PM
• Nurture existing relationships with tenants and landlords
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, renovations
• Assist with ingoing and outgoing and routine inspections
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings (as required)

The Person

• 
  The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
• You MUST have a solid track record in previous Property Management roles
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence essential
• Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior relationship nurturing skills
• Impeccable time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of/experience working in the Inner-City marketplace is ideal
• Proven track record of managing high touch, high profile clientele
• Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
