Our client is a successful privately-owned Commercial agency established as a leader in retail leasing in the Perth market. Renowned for their high level of service and track record of delivery, they have worked on an impressive list of key projects and manage an ever-expanding portfolio. They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, motivated and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.They are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon its excellent relationships with all existing and future clients. The role will be overseeing a key mixed portfolio with a focus on retail and made up mainly of high net worth investors.
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:
- Managing and nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- Financial management including budgets and monitoring arrears
- Tenancy schedules and market rent reviews
