Form of workWe are seeking an experienced and qualified Property Manager in our Mandurah based office.
Your Role:
As a Property Manager with our Mandurah office, you'll be tasked with:
• Efficiently managing a smaller portfolio of approx 120 properties.
• Collaborating with owners, tenants, and trades for smooth operations.
• Skillfully negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and Management renewals. Routine inspections and Final Bond Inspection. (PCR’s outsourced)
• Utilising Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate, and Tapi to streamline your daily tasks.

• Current Property Management Registration (with up-to-date CPD points).

• Well-presented professional demeanor.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of prior property management experience.
• Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively.
