THE ROLE
- Manage a portfolio of 155 well-maintained properties from start to finish.
- Meeting clients and building strong relationships.
- Become a knowledge and expert in your field.
- Entries and exits.
- Maintenance / routine inspections.
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and tradesmen, all with the help of dedicated assistant Property Managers & Leasing Consultants
ABOUT YOU:
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration.
- Several years of Property Management experience.
- Own a reliable car and have a current driver’s license.
- A self-starting attitude and be an ambitious team player.
