Senior Property Manager | Eastern Suburbs

The Agency:
Our client is a professional and dynamic agency located centrally in Sydney's buzzing Eastern Suburbs; they are a handpicked team of loyal and committed individuals. This growing office has created a new position for a Senior Property Manager to jump on board!
 
The Role:
Reporting to two supportive directors, you will be running your own show and setting standards for the rest of the department. Managing a strong portfolio of 150 properties with two leasing consultants and a very switched-on administration team for support, you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with high-end Landlords
• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Managing rent increases
• Managing junior staff members
• NO Accounts and NO Leasing 
• MONDAY - FRIDAY

The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for an established Property Manager with a minimum of 4 years experience at a senior level. You will have strong communication and management skills, a current Certificate of Registration, a Drivers License, and own a car. You will also have a strong knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs.
