Senior Property Manager | Ryde Area $120K!

With a reputation as a top performer in the Ryde area, this is office is centrally located in a prominent position and dominates surrounding suburbs! With a highly experienced team that is committed to excellence in service and exceeding expectations, this is a Property Management division headed up by an individual who has been in the industry for over 20 years. Currently offering a position for a diligent Senior Property Manager, this is a role to manage a locally-based portfolio within a tight-knit team.
  
The Role:
With an impressive portfolio including several exceptional award-winning, architectural-styled properties, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager to work Monday – Friday. This is a locally based portfolio. You will be energetic, and hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. 

• Manage a portfolio of 200 properties
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Working towards KPI’s
• NO accounts, NO leasing

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration, Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• A motivated self-starter
• Work well in a team environment
• Mandarin skillset is advantageous
