This role will be taking over their most executive, high end and long-term portfolio of clients who have previously been managed personally by the Head of Department. This role is working in a large, extremely well-run and resourced PM team - so you will have FULL Leasing, Admin, Accounts and New Business support on offer.

The Position
Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include:
- Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 100 properties
- Nurture existing relationships with tenants and landlords
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work orders
- Maintain rental arrears
- Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings (as required)
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
- You will be highly experienced with 5+ years in Property Management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and Real Estate Licence essential
- Highly articulate, immaculately presented with superior rapport building and relationship nurturing skills
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of/experience working in the Eastern Suburbs ideal
- Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
