The Portfolio & Support
- The portfolio is located around the Northern corridor
- Work alongside a collaborative team of PMS
- Outsourced 60-70% of inspections and all PCRS
- Shared assistant for general and adhoc administration work and overflow
- As the portfolio grows you will be entitled to earn extra bonuses if on a bonus structure
- Excellent salary structure - Your choice of a higher flat base salary or lower base and Bonus/KPIS - Total earnings circa $90,000 + Super
- Take-home car & fuel allowance
- Opportunity to become a 2IC
- HOD is very involved in the day-to-day running of the department, however, this role provides a step toward leadership working with the HOD
- Earn monthly bonuses on portfolio performance

- Ideally 2 x years of full portfolio management experience
