Senior Property Manager / Team Leader
Rare opportunity has arisen at our agency - working under a professional, friendly and experienced Director of a Real Estate agency, the opportunity has arisen for a Senior PM to step into a Team Leader / Pod Leader style role in Melbourne's inner suburbs, with a high end, respected brand.
Managing high end properties $1,000/week and above, clean, newer properties around Toorak, Armadale & South Yarra area, all local to the office.
Responsibilities:
You will manage 140 (capped at 140 for you) high end residential properties *clean portfolio* around the Toorak/Armadale area.
With a leasing consultant + administrator on the team you can use/delegate to also.
The Company:
This is a stable, high end established office, selling high end properties in the inner south eastern suburbs. 2x offices located off High St, in Stonnington area (Toorak/Armadale), you can work from either.
Team of 15+ friendly staff, a stable office with ~3 year average tenure of employment (not bad for property management).
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 in 8 Saturdays with time in lieu also (currently NO Saturdays, as everything is leasing out)
Parking located at office, there are ~12 spots at back of office for the 15+ staff, first in best dressed otherwise free 4 hour parking around office.
Money: Expect to earn $85,000 - $95,000 + Super + Comms and Bonuses, with a review to ~$98,500 + Super after 6 months (pending performance and actually managing the pod of 3 staff)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Real Estate/Property Experience ideally in senior roles & has trained an assistant Property Manager
- Corporately presented
- Strong written & spoken skills
- Agents Rep, Car and Drivers Licence
