What this role involves. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior PM/ General Manager to work at a vibrant, iconic, commercial office precinct based on the city-fringe. A broad ranging managerial position, they key areas of responsibility will include financial, leasing, EH&S, operational, and strategic business planning. Also, important will be identifying sustainable opportunities and further ways of adding value and improving the customer/ tenant experience. You always want to receive the highest levels of satisfaction relating to asset performance and the execution of duties, ensuring leasing and tenant retention remain front of mind. You'll also be offered a genuine opportunity for growth and stability. We are seeking a candidate who aspires to grow and continue their journey as a Senior PM/ General Manager for the long term. A snapshot of the day-to-day responsibilities. Ensure that client asset plan revenue and profit targets are achieved through proactive budget managementReceive high level of satisfaction from both occupants and owners in relation to building performance and execution of dutiesProactively manage property revenueEnsure that an occupant retention program is implemented, enacted and maintainedIdentify opportunities to add value to the assetsWork collaboratively with the client to develop strategic plans for the property, focusing on the asset positioning, leasing, capital works and marketing strategiesAssist in the strategic growth of the Queensland PAM business Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for. You have intimate knowledge of the commercial property market with good financial acumen, holding a Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate. Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills are essential as is a natural drive to succeed and you’re looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation. A demonstrated ability to add value to a property asset through identifying value enhancing and/ or essential capital works, creating additional net lettable area, developing a value adding leasing strategy will be critical to your success and you can prepare detailed asset plans and reports.
