Omega Medical has partnered with a vibrant, growing Clinical Psychology practice in Sydney who are a now looking for their next Senior Psychologist to lead a team.
The practice works with the full range of adult clinical presentations.
In their professional interactions, they leverage emotion management techniques derived from Clinical Psychology. The practice integrates these strategies with practical insights from Executive Coaching to assist individuals in effectively navigating the complex intersections between their professional and personal challenges.
About the role:
As a Senior Psychologist, we want you to assume a leadership position within the practice's welcoming and supportive team. This multifaceted role is envisioned as a hybrid, involving a blend of clinical responsibilities, supervision duties, and the facilitation of training sessions for the practice's junior practitioners/psychologists. There exists substantial potential for individual development and advancement based on personal interests and aspirations.
Summary of duties:
- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff.
- Continuous improvement approach across the home.
- Prepare and participate in the accreditation process.
- Accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Compliance and detail note keeping of client files.
Skills and experience:
- AHPRA Psychologist Registration (General/Clinical).
- Proficiency in addressing diverse clinical concerns presented by adult individuals.
- Adhere to best practice guidelines in maintaining ethical and empirically supported assessment and treatment services.
- Provide supervision and deliver training.
- 1-2 years Senior Psychologist level experience.
