Job description
The Senior Psychologist/ Clinical Psychologist role involves the provision of assessment and treatment services to a variety of clinical presentations, across the lifespan (not including large scale psychometrics unless you are interested). Use a blend of clinical frameworks to treat clients within your own style/approach, working across a range of referral streams.
Work with committed clients, in an authentic team environment. Work within your competency and be challenged to step beyond it with support.
Be transitioned into the role with plenty of training, support and supervision . A typical day would involve seeing clients (providing assessment and treatment), preparing GP letters, treatment planning, receiving/ providing supervision, writing clinical notes and managing a caseload. Services are delivered in person, via phone and video platforms.
Work alongside like minded and competent staff , making your time at work enjoyable with creative, inspiring and supportive team mates.
Receive supervision and coaching support from the Clinical Director (Board Approved supervisor). Be supported to use reflective practice skills, hone your knowledge of different theoretical frameworks, with the use of deliberate practice and case reviews.

Ideally, we are looking for a minimum of 3 days, working at least 2 of these from the Campbelltown clinic however, this is open to negotiation and may include some work from home with telehealth.
Use leading practice management software for all your client management, letter/ report writing and client communication needs; that you have remote access to.

Consult from beautifully presented, French provincial / Hamptons style clinic rooms and be supported by full time administrative/ reception support from a team of 7 staff, including Practice Manager, all with strong experience in the medical and allied health fields.
Remuneration
Attractive fee split depending on your years of experience as Psychologist and number of days you're able to work. We want to reward experience, skills and dedication to our practice.
Salary options can be explored for the right candidate who can demonstrate a sound working history and exceptional clinical experience and skills. Salary options include use of laptop, training budget and access to bonus scheme, PI & PL insurance covered, all leave entitlements and super contributions.
Approx. salary of $130K + super.
