- Extensive knowledge of psychological issues pertaining to the perinatal period and experience in providing psychological intervention to women experiencing depression and anxiety during this time.
- Experience in counselling / clinical experience of women with a history of trauma/sexual abuse; domestic violence; relationship issues; grief and bereavement; history of emotional / mental health disorders; as well as an understanding of child protection issues.
- Extensive knowledge of child development and attachment theory and the ability to provide intervention and advice on the management of early childhood behaviours.
