THE ROLE
Salary: $85 - $95 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging
Location: Shepparton, Victoria
Accommodation & Travel: Provided
Contract: Locum, Full Time. Open to 3 or 6 months, with extension option
We are currently seeking a Senior Psychologist for a locum position, responsible for providing their advanced expertise to the chronic pain facility. You will assess, plan, recommend and apply individualised and tailored evidence based interventions and supports for clients with COMPLEX HEALTH issues, such as chronic pain. You will deliver this within the facility, one on one, face to face, as well as facilitating small group programs. Working within a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to care planning and case reviews. You will also contribute to service planning and development where needed.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- AHPRA Registration
- 3 or more years experience as a Senior Psychologist
- Experience working with COMPLEX HEALTH issues, such as chronic pain
- Experience within a clinic or hospital setting
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Working With Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- Covid-19 vaccinated
- Willingness to provide immunisation history where necessary
