And our global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognised for your passion to perform.Join Us and Make an Impact.We are currently seeking an experienced Assurance Lead to join our Engineering team, initially focused on our Metro West Project in our North Ryde, Sydney office. Reporting to the Technical Director, the role will be responsible for the successful delivery of railway assurance activities.This requires overseeing all aspects of the auurance function for projects either directly or through delegation with the team and key technology and consulting partners. Successful delivery requires understanding all aspects of the project and ensuring we comply with all our assurance obligations as a TfNSW Technically Asurred Organisation, as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).What You'll do:· Develop and drive the project assurance program· Undertake training of project staff on Assurance activities· Develop associated processes and procedures· Manage effective communications with all project stakeholders· Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose and meets assurance obligations· Take a lead role in Network assurance committee submission preparation· Direct the day to day assurance activities of projects within the team including subcontractors and key partnersYOU MUST HAVE

• Tertiary Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• At least 3 years' experience with railway assurance in TfNSW
• Proven track record in a systems engineering and assurance capacity, involved in the delivery of large and complex technology-based transport projects
• Experience in contributing to multiple projects in a complex environment
• Proven experience in project management including budget ownership and management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning
• Experience in managing partners and subcontractors
• A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
• Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives

• Knowledge of networking, database technology and trends in IT desirable
• Previous exposure to a site based, construction environment
• Commitment to learning and developing next-gen engineering skills
• Self-starting, able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Willing to develop extensive product knowledge informal training, and in “on the job” environments, working with latest Honeywell technology
• Able to work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment
