The Recruitment Consultant role will also involve:
- Working directly with the Managing Director who will teach you how to build a reputation and network like them
- Contributing to the team’s success through coming up with new ideas, working together and supporting each other
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge
As a high-performing Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the potential to advance to a leadership role, where you'll oversee and optimise recruitment processes, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
We ask that you have:
- 2 years+ experience either on a construction site, in office experience in civil construction or a degree / relevant TAFE qualification such as Business, Marketing or Construction
- Confident communication skills with an interest in connecting with people
- Eagerness to learn about an industry in depth
