We use technology to push boundaries and deliver results and as the team is growing, there is now an opportunity for a senior Recruitment consultant (360) to join the Adelaide office.

This is a 360 hybrid role where you will spend a few days in the Adelaide office weekly, we will be flexible for the right candidate as we are outcome focused, more than anything.

About You and The Role:

• 4-7 years in a tech sales/ 360 Rec BD role, preference is Technical Recruitment or Tech Sales. This is not a pure sourcing or delivery or HR role.
• Let us know if you have a mix of government and private sector recruitment experience, this role involves a lot of work within Gov as well
• A genuine interest in Technology, Products, Innovation, Venture building and change
• The attributes of going above and beyond to help build and shape careers.
• Driven in becoming an SME in your vertical of choice and becoming a thought leader in your space
• Must be charismatic and a true leader at heart - you are someone that leads through your actions and outcomes.
• Relationship driven, both internally and externally
• You are a natural collaborator and know how to prioritise requirements
• Passionate and interested in Business, IT, Start-ups and hitting targets
• Common roles you will be placing; a mix of technical and non technical roles in both the private sector and government spaces
