Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Strata Results Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the strategic direction of our firm. Operating across diverse industries, you will contribute to the growth of the company by providing visionary leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving business development through effective client engagement and talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide visionary leadership to the recruitment team across various industries.
- Mentor, train, and motivate recruiters to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth across different sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various recruitment markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across different industries.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand client needs across diverse industries and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand industry trends and contribute to their recruitment strategies.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the identification and placement of top-tier talent in various industries.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain high-caliber candidates across different sectors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key achievements.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a diverse portfolio of industries.
- Strong understanding of the Melbourne and Victoria job markets across various sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, or related).
- Industry certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) are a plus.
