Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Strata Results Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the strategic direction of our firm. Operating across diverse industries, you will contribute to the growth of the company by providing visionary leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving business development through effective client engagement and talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:
   
   • Provide visionary leadership to the recruitment team across various industries.
   • Mentor, train, and motivate recruiters to achieve their full potential.
   • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
2. Business Development:
   
   • Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth across different sectors.
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various recruitment markets.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across different industries.
3. Client Engagement:
   
   • Understand client needs across diverse industries and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
   • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
   • Collaborate with clients to understand industry trends and contribute to their recruitment strategies.
4. Talent Acquisition:
   
   • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the identification and placement of top-tier talent in various industries.
   • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain high-caliber candidates across different sectors.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
5. Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry, with a diverse portfolio of industries.
• Strong understanding of the Melbourne and Victoria job markets across various sectors.
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, or related).
• Industry certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) are a plus.
