Contact Details: kellee.dooley@vba.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsPosition overviewThe Senior Registrations Officer is responsible for providing leadership, support and direction to the processing team in achieving the VBA's effective and efficient administration of the licensing and registration scheme for building and plumbing practitioners. The role provides support to the Team Leader by managing and monitoring workflows, managing the provision of administrative and advisory support to resolve or refer enquiries and complex applications in line with the operational procedures to achieve the unit's targets.What we are looking for:

• ablity to provided effective team leadership and work flow management
• knowledge and experience to develop and implement systems
• ability to produce a range of more complex business correspondence and reports
• ability to build and sustains effective relationships with customers
