We are looking for a talented individual for the front of office role - for our busy workshop located in Rouse Hill.
Who are we looking for
- An individual with a friendly and team player nature

- Self motivation and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong listening skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written a verbal
- Ability to multi task
- Sound computer knowledge
What the role entails
- Manage customer service enquires via phone, email and in person- first point of contact with customers
- Advise customers of best course of action regarding service & repairs
- Inventory entry
- Prepare invoices to customers, including processing cash/credit transactions
- Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and every second Saturday
