Receptionist

We are looking for a talented individual for the front of office role - for our busy workshop located in Rouse Hill.

Who are we looking for 

• An individual with a friendly and team player nature 
• Customer focus at all times 
• Self motivation and ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Positive attitude and strong listening skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written a verbal
•  Ability to multi task 
• Sound computer knowledge 

What the role entails 

• Manage customer service enquires via phone, email and in person- first point of contact with customers 
• Advise customers of best course of action regarding service & repairs 
• Inventory entry 
• Prepare invoices to customers, including processing cash/credit transactions
• Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm and every second Saturday
