Crystalise is expanding its Asset Management expertise in Perth. We offer an exciting opportunity to take a senior role in Asset Management, Maintenance Engineering, and Reliability Engineering.
Candidates will support the development & implementation of asset integrity management systems & processes. Responsibilities of the role specifically include:
- Leading the development & implementation of asset management systems & processes
- Developing Maintenance and Asset Management Strategies and Plans
- Advanced Reliability Centered Maintenance/FMECA
- Reliability Modelling and Analysis
- Optimising Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Overseeing Computerised Maintenance Management Systems Selection and Implementation
- Implementing Total Productive Maintenance/Lean Maintenance principles
- Conducting Maintenance Benchmarking and Audits
- Ensuring Asset Integrity Assurance/Risk Management
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis
- Knowledge of Performance Standards and Regulatory Requirements
The Person
Crystalise are seeking candidates who have a strong presence in the Maintenance or Reliability space. As Crystalise are looking for a variety of skills and experience, the successful candidates should have the following as a minimum requirement:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor's degree of Certificate in Engineering or adequate experience to classify as a maintenance professional.
- Proficiency in CMMS Software (SAP, JDE, ELIPSE)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Software
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to deliver actionable results
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management, Asset Register Development, and Reliability Modelling fundamentals
