Reporting to the HME Superintendent, this role will be working within our client's HME department alongside a group of specialists to analyse HME performance data and developing fleet performance strategies and continuous improvement plans.
Essential Criteria for the position:
- Ability to lead a team of mobile equipment technical specialists, conduct failure analysis and guide engineers in SAP processes. Good understanding of Australian regulations and lead Management of change process.
- Must have an Australian Recognised Mechanical Engineer Degree
- Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and Mining Operations experience
- Exposure to maintenance engineering techniques and computerised maintenance systems.
- Understanding of business budgets, risk management, reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- SAP Experience
- The ability to pass pre-employment Medical and D&A Testing
- Willingness of male candidates to be clean shaven for the use of P2 respirators
