Salary- Pay rate: $77.24/hr + super.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in establishing, influencing and managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating a network of key risk practitioners or champions, while providing specialist advice and information to Divisions and Branches.
- Collaborate with the Manager to improve risk management information quality and consistency, provide insights, and challenge risk assessments and assumptions as necessary.
- Coordinate the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Risk Management Framework, systems and processes.
- Support the delivery of risk awareness and support programs to staff to build capability and build maturity in the application of risk management.
- Plan and facilitate risk assessment workshops and risk reviews, and support participants to identify effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate the regular analysis, review and updating of risk registers and provide advice to facilitate the management of risks and support the review and updating of business continuity plans and related processes as required.
- Coordinate periodic review of risk maturity across to inform the design and implementation of continuous improvement programs.
- Prepare quality, informative written reports and briefs, and contribute to risk reporting for a range of executive audiences as well as the Audit and Risk Committee and Board. Support the investigation of complaints through the application of the Complaints Handling Policy.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with risk management frameworks and approaches.
- Someone with an environmental background is highly desirable.
- Government experience is highly regarded.
