Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Safety & Wellness Work Health and Safety Plan
- Collaborate with stakeholders for safety compliance.
- Develop sustainable safety programs
- Assist in incident response and investigations
- Ensure WHS communication and consultation
- Provide guidance to Safety Representatives
- Deliver internal health and safety training
- Promote hazard identification and correction
- Contribute to health and safety management system
- Identify WHS aspects in strategic plans
- Promote risk management best practices
- Embed safety strategies for a high-performance culture
- Foster a customer service culture
- Enable managers to be responsible for their areas
You must be a team player that works at a high standard and is looking to make a difference
- Cert 4 WHS or related qualification
- 3+ years of Health and Safety experience
- Proficient in Qld WHS legislation
- Skilled in hazard, risk, and incident management using ICAM or similar methods
- Queensland C class provisional driver's licence
