About us
Gubecka Group’s founder has operated in the motor vehicle industry since 2006 and today controls 3 independently operated synergistic businesses within the group.
Our small Finance business (< 15 staff) primarily focused on Car Finance is re-entering the market after being re-purchased and is positioning to capitalise on significant growth opportunities. It is now seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, development and execution of sales, marketing, and advertising initiatives to maximise growth, brand recognition and profit.
Reporting to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the entities Chief Financial Officer and team, you will work from Brisbane city headquarters on a mutually agreed part-time basis. You will implement and oversee strategies that will increase revenue through successful marketing using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations. You will ensure messages are distributed across channels to targeted audiences to meet sales objectives by seeking out new ways to deliver messaging on mobile platforms, video, and social media. This role includes sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service.
Role requirements
To be successful you will have a bachelor’s degree or higher degree in marketing or business (MBA) with an extensive proven track record of marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on marketing growth. As we are an SMB you will also have a hands-on approach to the business and the ability to make decisions quickly and move forward at pace.
