Volvo Cars Castle Hill is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchase journey, providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring immediate stock delivery.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Engage with customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.
- Provide product information, conduct test drives, and answer customer inquiries.
- Negotiate sales and close deals effectively.
- Use salesforce and other dealership systems.
- Ensure immediate stock delivery to customers, coordinating with our inventory and logistics team.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Volvo vehicles and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a salesperson, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Knowledge of Volvo vehicles is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Availability to a rotating roster inc. weekends
