The role:
Reporting to an experienced State Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives within the NSW region.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to enhance market presence and product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience external Sales Representative – industry experience is not essential but advantageous!
- Ability to travel throughout NSW to hunt for new businesses and acquire potential customers.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends
Salary Expectations
- $80,000 - $100,000 + Super + Company Car + Comms
