A new opportunity working with a leading Australian brand has come about for an experienced Mid-Senior Salesforce Quality Test Engineer. The role will be working within a digital customer experience transformation project, creating and implementing quality testing strategies and hands on test execution.
It is a 6 month contract to start off, with potential for extension. It is a hybrid role based in Sydney, with the requirement of 2-3 days in the office. It is a day rate contract at $900.00 inclusive of super per day.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust quality planning strategy to ensure top-notch performance.
- Present insightful reports and metrics to the project team, guiding decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to maintain project consistency.
- Identify and resolve quality assurance process bottlenecks to streamline operations.
- Dive deep into product quality analysis and propose solutions for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Lead Test Plan creation and execution for ST, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Oversee System Integration Testing and manage User Acceptance Testing.
- Efficiently handle defect management, ensuring prompt resolution and closure.
- Extensive experience (5-10 years) in testing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 3-5 years experience working in Scrum/Agile teams and integration testing
- Strong command of automated testing frameworks for RESTful APIs, such as Rest Assured.
- Proficiency in Atlassian's suite of tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
- Exceptional Test Planning, Execution, and Defect Management capabilities.
- Understanding of Non-Functional testing practices, including Performance and Accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with exploratory and manual testing methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development practices like TDD / ATDD and Continuous Integration.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Dedication to accountability and delivering high-quality results.
- Enthusiasm for receiving constructive feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous involvement in Customer Experience Digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments, ideally AWS.
