Role Description:
We are seeking a technology Business Development/partnership professional for our ISV Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a combined experience in Saas/Paas software and Partnership experience. The ISV BDM is responsible for selling the value of the AppExchange Program, contracting and launching new ISV Partners to build a rich partner ecosystem and providing impactful solutions for our customers. This individual will onboard ISV in the ANZ and ASEAN region, from initial partnership discussion to GTM launch on the AppExchange. This includes startups to large enterprise companies. They will work alongside ISV teams, including ISV Partnerships, technical advisors, legal and operational teams, to manage a partner throughout the onboarding lifecycle and successful launch on the AppExchange.
Your Impact:
Evangelize the Salesforce platform, the ISV Partner Program, and the AppExchange ecosystem and launch new partnerships that will grow ACV/AOV in ANZ & ASEAN
Build internal and external relationships to drive interest in the ISV Partner Program and develop a perspective on who is meaningful to partner with in the region.
Develop and onboard high-potential partners to drive meaningful revenue through the ISV Partner Program.
Establish rigor and process to onboard the run rate partners
Work cross-functionally with technical experts, support, legal, and operations teams to guide partners through the ISV Onboarding process and revenue reporting.
Achieve and document monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics as outlined by the business.
Basic Requirements:
Previous experience working with channels, technology partnerships in a partner role or through Sales
Solution sales experience selling OEM, ISV or direct software or SaaS solutions or similar
Passion and commitment for partner growth & success
Naturally a self starter able to navigate through ambiguity, be resourceful and use your initiative to drive success
Proven track record for achieving quota in technology sales/partnerships
Strong technical and solution-creation aptitude
Disciplined and demonstrates excellent time management skills
Displays ample business acumen and effective communication skills at the executive level
Comfortable in high-pressure environments
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Preferred Requirements:
Applicable technology Partnership experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
